We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, some items on our website are built to order and may require longer lead times. If you are needing a specific product in a short amount of time please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Please Note: Due to Fraud concerns we can only ship orders placed through our website to the actual billing address of the credit card. For all orders needing to be shipped to a different address than the actual credit card billing address please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be happy to assist you. Please email us if you have any questions about this policy.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are *not* included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
U.S. domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: if a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will *not* be refunded.
Dissatisfied with your purchase? No problem! If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase we'll provide a fast refund or exchange and never charge a restocking fee. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 60 days from receipt date, be in new condition and include original product packaging.

Note: Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.
Exchanges: There are two exchange methods available at Bosman Designs LLC:
Cross-ship. For the fastest service, Bosman Designs LLC can cross-ship orders that were purchased with a credit card. Bosman Designs LLC will temporarily charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item(s). When Bosman Designs LLC receives the item(s) being cross-shipped, the additional charges will be refunded.
Refunds: Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
Bosman Designs LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
Before sending any item(s), you must call to get prior authorization before returning any item, regardless of reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Bosman Designs LLC cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. The RMA number should be written on the shipping label or visible on the shipping box.
Please note that third-party shippers, such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, Mailbox Etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Bosman Designs LLC does not reimburse these charges. Do not return any items COD; our returns department cannot accept COD returns.
Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded. Exchanges or manufacturers defect are acceptable.
